I am 47 year old, solvent, non smoking, non pet- owning, unattached, quiet living professional guy who is moving to Aberdeen and seeking a flat to rent at up to £600 per month. I need a 2 bedroom cos my son stays from time to time, would like a place to park my car- if it is on street then it needs to be in a place where the cars are not usually set on fire. I am happy to commit to a 6 month lease and pay a reasonable deposit . Walking disctance of the city centre would be preferred, but not absolutely necessary.
