couple (no children)working in Aberdeen (not oil and gas) looking for a rural or coastal property in quiet area 25 mile radius or there abouts. We have pet cats so would need a landlord who allows them but they are neutered and housetrained and spend most of their time outside anyway. We want an unfurnished property with space to park two vehicles off street at least but a garage or out building would be good. Looking for a long term let, can provide excellent references.
We are more than happy to decorate etc and looking to move in a few months time approximately but are able to wait longer if the right property becomes available. We are currently renting for £500 per month but can go a bit higher.
