The Auld Kirk Ballater is looking for a talented chef to joing this small team in a quality restaurant with rooms close to Balmoral Castel in Royal Deeside. Must have suitable experience working in a fine dining restaurant. Will work under the directioin of the Head Chef / owner. Working around 40 hours per week with some split shifts and usually 5 days per week. Salary is very competative and there will be development potential for the right person. Averaging about 25 covers per night (open 6 days per week) with limited lunch trade.

The Auld Kirk is quickly gaining a reputation for high quality locally sourced food served in a stylish contemporary estalishment. The church was converted to a small hotel about 20 years ago and is the oldest church building in Ballater.
