Transitions Care provide services to people in ther own home to vulerable adults. We operate a 24 hour service 365 days per year.
Home care workers required to assist people in there own homes. Duties include assisting with personal care, domestic tasks,social recreation,activities and accopamying to appointments. This work will require a shift pattern including late,early and also weekends to meet the needs of the service.

Experience preferred but not essential as training will be given. People with a genuine interest in helping people to live in the community. Driver and the use of a car is essential.
