I am currently looking to let a room in my flat short term until august, if the arrangement worked out there would be potential for this to be extended long term for a years contract.

I would be looking for a quite mild mannered person either student or professional as i am a 22 year old female final year masters student.

Rent payable is £300 per month with half of all bills on top.
