The Thistle Caledonian Hotel in Aberdeen is a 77 bedroom, 4 four star hotel in the heart of the city centre. Currently under going a £4million refurbishment programme, the hotel is looking to re-position itself as one of the best hotels in the City Centre!

We are currently seeking to employ a dynamic Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team.

With at least 2 years experience in a similar role you will have a positive attitude and bags of enthusiasm!

Our award winning Restaurant on the Terrace already has 1 AA Rosette for fine dining and we're looking to gain our second!
