Transitions Care Ltd are registered with the Scottish Care Commission to provide Care at Home and Housing Support Services to vulnerable adults in Aberdeenshire. We provide services in Inverurie and Westhill areas of Aberdeenshire.

We urgently require Full and Part time Care Workers. These posts are to provide support to adults in there own homes and to assist with all aspects of daily living.

If you are known to be trustworthy, reliable, flexible and hard working, have the ability to offer ideas that enhance life experiences, have good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work on a 1:1 basis then this post would be rewarding.
Knowledge of the local area preferred. Car owner/driver essential.
Some shift patterns are as follows –
0700 – 1500 Tuesday, Thursdays and Saturdays
1600 – 2300 Monday – Sunday
0700 – 1600 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday
