Sous Chef required for busy restaurant.
Preferably you will have at least 3 years experience in similar role or chef de partie position, would be ideal for chef de partie looking for first step up to Sous chef.

TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE............!

-No breakfast shifts
-No early starts (10am or 12 noon start each day)
-No 60/70/80 hour weeks
-No more than 45 hours a week (except the odd day over Christmas)
-No late nights prepping for the next day

-Yes we are a food & drink award winning company
-Yes you get tips (around £50 to £80 per week)
-Yes uniform will be supplied if you have none
-Yes you'll be working in a kitchen with a Scottish brigade
-Yes you'll get 2/3 straight shifts per week
-Yes the transport is good - Buses every 15 mins to and from Aberdeen city AND Trains every half hour to Aberdeen city
-Yes you get meals whilst on duty if your working a straight shift
-Yes there is plenty external training if you want it
