Flat is located on a major bus route into town (every 15min during the day) also has night buses and is an £8 taxi from the centre. Flat is 5min out of town by car. Flat is located 3-4min by car from RGU, about 25min walk.

Flat has private off street parking and a large garden for BBQ's and the like. Flat also has plenty of storage.
