Room available in Garthdee area available from the start of November (£250 pcm)
Single room available in flat in Garthdee area from 1st of December. The rent will be £250 for the month plus the same amount as a deposit when you move in. Council Tax will be £70 per month and the electricity will be £15 per month. My current phone and broadband deal expires at the end of November so I would imagine these bills would be about £10 per month each.
The flat is 2 minutes away from the Asda superstore and 5 mins from Boots, Currys, Sainsburys, David Lloyd and RGU gyms and RGU University. The flat is also next to a bus route which takes you into the city centre, and is next to some football pitches.
There is a basic kitchen, with fridge freezer, cooker and washing machine. I'm also looking into getting Sky TV in the flat.
