Randstad Care is working alongside an organisation who specialise in a wide range of services to those with Mental Health issues, Learning Difficulties, Substance Misuse and Homelessness. Our client is recruiting for a Support Worker for one of their services in Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire.

As a Support Worker you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a high quality of service and to assist individuals towards realising their full potential. This will involve assessing, planning, delivery and evaluation of care and support for each service user, contributing to the development of the service, maintaining high standards in line with organisation’s policies and procedures.

To be considered, we are looking for candidates who have experience working in a social care environment and ideally hold or working towards a recognised qualification.
