There is sole ownership of the upstairs landing area which provides extra storage.

There is a back garden in lawn and shrubs, and a communal outhouse as well as a private shed. There is access to the back garden by a locked gate off Osborne Place. Permits are available for parking on the surrounding streets.

The flat is unfurnished at present and we would prefer an unfurnished lease, but would of course consider furnishing, depending on circumstances.
