BBT are working exclusively with a client in the Aberdeenshire area. Our client is investing heavily in to their service range and due to this require additional Support Workers to support children aged 8-16 years who have challenging behaviours.

As a Residential Childcare Worker you will be responsible for supporting young people to achieve their potential in every sphere of their development.

We are looking for applications from candidates who ideally have residential childcare experience and be registered or in the process of registering with the SSSC.

Our client is offering a excellent salary and benefit package as well as the opportunity to study towards SVQ 3.
