I'm looking for somewhere to keep my Welsh Cob, either stabled or grass livery, somewhere reasonably near to Aberdeen city centre.

He's currently at a yard with very few facilities and so we would ideally be looking for an outdoor school at the least (in the case of a yard)

If the offer was for a field, however, only water would be a neccessity. Any shelter / storage / electricity would be a much welcomed bonus.

We can't afford extortionate livery yard prices so anywhere with a sensible rate would be considered.
