My flat is a 1 bedroom down beside pittodrie in the 4 in a block.

My bedroom n living rooms are large rooms. The bathroom has an over the bath shower. The kitchen is an all right size. I’m away 2 put new skirting boards in the hallway n living room as when I go the GCH in they came off so I cud put my wooden flooring underneath. There is a loft.

I have GCH, DG. There is a large back garden witch the other flats use as well. But there is a wee garden at the front that my down stairs neighbour doesn’t do anything with. So if you have green fingers then I think it would be ok 4 you 2 do something with it.

The area is quite, near 2 the beach n Aberdeen uni n the new sports village. It close 2 1 of the main bus route in 2 town. It’s the 1/2 bus route at the top off the road. It’s about a 10 min walk in2 town.

I can’t think of anything else 2 say about the flat.

I'm willing to do 3 or 4 way swap

I really need a 2/3 bedroom because I have a baby noo, I'm looking for a ground floor flat or house in a nice area of the city or in the shire around about a 10 mile radius around aberdeen.

I do not want any multis because i hav cats n hav to think of them aswell.
