Due to having to move to Edinburgh for work for 3 months my room is available in my lovely very central city centre flat (a 1min walk to Union St). The room has a very large built in wardrobe, double bed and the whole flat is completely furnished. The 3 months could be extended if both of us wanted it too, as my placement may last longer but you will be given the option nearer the time :)

You would be sharing with a very nice, friendly, tidy male student who is very easy to live with. The council tax is about £35/month and the bills can be about £20/month, but it all depends on how much you use the electricity. I also require £260 deposit which you will get back if you keep the place the way I leave it. The room is available from this coming weekend so if you would like to view please get in contact.
