I'm looking to move out of my own private rented flat and flatshare with someone to try and save some money.

I'm 28, male , professional, working in Marine Logistics, clean and tidy, sociable, outgoing but not a party animal.

I'm looking to find a good sized double room which is fully furnished. Will need to have somewhere for parking also. Wanting to spend no more than £500 INCLUDING bills. Any area considered. My own lease expires mid January but maybe a little flexible on this time.
