Military Fitness Classes
We are North East of Scotland leading outdoor fitness provider. Now operating in locations across the area, we offer the best way to get fit and lose weight, whilst having great fun with other people!
Our military style fitness classes are designed by former members of the Armed Forces with recognised fitness training qualifications. They will help to motivate and encourage you to get back into fitness!
Classes are graded by ability from those returning to exercise who want to lose weight, to the already very fit.
Fitness Classes
Our military style fitness classes take place outdoors in locations throughout the area. Each class lasts for an hour except our lunch time classes they run for 40min and our Military Style Fitness Classes cater for all levels of ability. Our instructors motivate you, and above all make it fun!
You can attend any class at any location at any time, to suit you.

Ability Level Groups
The ability groups work in four fire teams. (ALFA) (BRAVO) (CHARLIE) (DELTA) You can chose the fire team to join any time.. If you are finding your sessions too easy or hard then you can change the next time.
The instructor at your class will advise you ware to start.
ALFA Fire Team
For people that currently do little or no exercise and need help to progress. For example, after having given birth or returning from a medical condition. This level for anyone to try,. There is nothing to worry about!
BRAVO Fire Team
For people that have no health problems and have progressed from ALFA fire team.
CHARLIE Fire Team
People that have a reasonable standard of fitness already and have progressed from BRAVO fire team. ACE way to keep weight off!
DELTA Fire Team
Where the fittest members will be put through a tough intensive session. The sessions are highly rated by the sports men and women that are looking to get pushed beyond what they have felt before.
Fitness Assessments
Fitness Assessments are a series of exercises against the clock based on the Army Fitness Test, which we have adapted to suit our membership. It is voluntary, but is used as a way of monitoring your progress whilst training with Storm Leisure Military Style Fitness.
Assessments are held every month at each venue, normally in the last week of the month and will be confirmed by your class instructors and on events / class diary.
