spacious single bedroom to rent in a big shared house. Room has two fitted wardrobes, brand new fluffy carpets and it was painted few days ago. House has half gas and half electric heating, big lounge, kitchen, garden and shed.

It is located in the beginning of Bridge of Don so its quite close to Aberdeen Uni, bus stops, shops and 10min walk to the sea.
