Due to demand Construction & Property Recruitment are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work for a national building contractor based in Aberdeen.

The Quantity Surveyor who will work within the company's homes department will be responsible for keeping financial control of all developments and issue accurate reports as required. To work closely with other members of the development teams to ensure that profit is maximised wherever possible.

You will also be responsible for preparing accurate development appraisals and preparing and monitoring costs for all construction works.

The company are looking for Quantity Surveyors currently working in the construction/building industry ideally with homes development experience. You will be qualified in quantity surveying with a proven track record where you have worked.

In return the company will reward the quantity surveyor with an excellent remuneration package depending on experience. Salary is £35-40k plus a company car or allowance (4500). Bonus, Pension and more.....
