We have a 2 bed flat in the Torry area of Aberdeen. The flat is one of 4 in a block.
The flat is split over 2 levels. Downstairs we have a large kitchen , a hallway and a living room. Upstairs we have one double bedroom with walk in wardrobe , one very large double bedroom with a large cupboard and a bathroom. There is also a storage cupboard upstairs.
On our level we have a patio area. It has a burley and a couple of trees. It is below street level so it is very safe for children to play in. We also have a large storage cupboard opposite our front door.
The main door for the block is at street level, there is one flight of stairs down to the flat door.
There is a school a few minutes up the road , a shop a minutes walk away and the bus stop is also a minutes walk away. There is a large park 5 minutes from my house , the beach is around 10 minutes walk away.
We are looking for a 2 bed house / flat in the Edinburgh or Lothians area. Must be no higher than 1st floor and have a garden or access to a shared garden.
We want to move to be closer to my family.
