Preparation Hospitality Ltd (management services)

We are continuously recruiting for Business Development Managers for regions across Scotland, to operate and control hospitality outlets (restaurants, bars and hotels).

The purpose of the role is to:-
• Influence through people to deliver percentage profit growth throughout the year
• To have the best managed retail outlets in the Industry - Improve the calibre and quality of outlets to add value to our business
• Deliver operational excellence internally and externally – Do things right first time and on time
• To manage the business relationship of up to 10 businesses – giving them the support they need to build turnover and profitability, maximise their marketing investment and controlling costs

As a BDM your key accountabilities will be:-
Deliver % like for like profit growth throughout the year by:

• Produce, own and implement an Area % Growth Plan, using developed growth as the key profit driver to deliver
• Proactively manage in a way that drives value; maximising the profit opportunity of every outlet
• Grow the area’s outlets capabilities and skills, key focus on influencing on area standards
• Be customer focussed delivering right first time & positively raise company profile
• Enhance the calibre and quality of outlets via recruitment and training

The ideal candidate will have:-
Experience in a customer facing multi site management role
Experience of sales/influencing/negotiation
P&L accountability
Full GB Driving Licence
IT literate – intermediate Word, Outlook and Power Point and advanced Excel
