Double room for rent in Aberdeen with friendly professional couple. 5 min walk to Union St, and about 5 min walk to Aberdeen university.
Room is currnetly unfurnished, but if required we can furnish it with new furniture.
Rent is £80 per week plus bills, which will be split evenly.
Smoking is ok in your room only.
We would prefer a single professional
(there is also a smaller single room that we might look at renting out for less rent, if required)
