I'm looking for a property in the Dyce area. I will look at properties in Aberdeen too, as well as out to inveurie/oldmeldrum etc. Would prefer decent travel links via bus or train, if its not in Dyce (as I have a job in Dyce).

Ideally I'm looking for at least 2 Bedrooms and unfurnished (we have our own white goods too). We do have a cat so pet friendly please. We are in Elgin at the moment and probably need to move late Novemeber/early December. I'm looking to rent for at least 9 months too.

I can provide proof of income & references if required. I would like to view properties and see all documentation before commiting to a property - I've already had scammers & timewasters contacting me (sorry to all the honest people that use gumtree)
