Garage for greenhouse swap (borrowing the use of.)

Greenhouse situated in a good sized garden with compost heap on the outskirts of Old Aberdeen towards the centre of Aberdeen. Perhaps you need indoor storage of flora etc over the autumn and winter months?

I require a garage large enough to fit at least a small car. I will not be storing a car, instead bending metal and welding it together to form a car chassis. I anticipate this to take several months only.
