Hey i have a spare room in my flat. It's a single room which is quite small but has the bed, wardrobe and bedside table already there. The flat itself is accessed from the garden and has an open plan kitchen and living room and also a shower room. Rent will be £250 per month plus £25 towards bills. Council tax is extra (unless you are a student). Looking for someone clean and tidy who enjoys the odd night out and won't try kill my cat while i'm out ;) ta xx
