2 Bedroom Council Flat For 1 Bedroom Flat Exchange Asap
Hi. I have a 2 bedroom flat in a really nice area of Tillydrone in Aberdeen. It is council flat so I would like to exchange it for 1 bedroom council flat in a nice area of Aberdeen. All offers welcome.
This is a spacious flat with 1 large bedroom and 1 smaller bedroom, Living room, Bathroom and a slightly smaller kitchen.
The flat is in a four floor block and it is on a ground floor which is really convinient. It has a free parking space beside the house. Also, there are some small shops like Nisa and Co-operative, barber, take-away shops, City Council Office, Seaton Park and it is only 5 minutes walk from the house. It is not far from RGU, academy and primary schools. Neighbours are nice and quiet.
The living room is large with a big window in it. I will leave a cream 3seat sofa and a cherry red armchair.
The enter to the kitchen is going through the living room. It is long and has lots of cupboards. Space for washing machine, cooker, fridge freezer.
One of the bedrooms is large and has build-in wardrobes from City council.
Second bedroom is smaller and has build-in wardrobes from City council.
The flat has a long hallway with a small build-in wardrobe with shelfs.
The bathroom is long too. It has a toilet, a sink, bath and build-in wardrobe with shelfs. Good for keeping the stuff for bathroom. Also, there is a window at the end of the bathroom so it brightens it up at day.
The flat is needing to be redecorated. The walls are needing to be painted again and the carpet has to be changed. The flat needs some time to be spent on it. Might be interested in an unfurnished and not perfectly done flat.
Gas heating with a card, electricity as usual (paying bill), £100 council tax with a discount for 1 person (a month), £65.05 is for rent (weekly).
