We urgently require a Supervisor to look after our team of carers and implement/review our services and individual support plans. Other duties would include meeting with agencies involved in the service user care package and their families or representatives as well as interviewing potential new staff and maintaining good team work/morale with established staff.

An SVQ 3 in Health and Social Care is essential as well as being a car owner/driver. Ability to work shifts and weekends are also required as our company operates a 24hr response and on call system.
