I Like to keep the place tidy, so if ur not into a bit of Shake n Vac to put the freshness back, then no need to apply. Cleaning will be shared and done frequently.

Rent is £310p/m plus 50% of the gas/eletric bills. T'internet acess if free....and Wirelesss! Bills are pretty minimal during summer months. They do tend to increase a fair bit during winter as it is an old granite building with poor insulation.

I renovated the flat after i purchased it 2 years ago. Its got a modern kitchen and bathroom, laminate flooring in the living areas and carpets in the bedrooms. The room that will be available has a built in wardrobe and is a good size.

Any potential tennants wishing to apply, its probably best to have a pic. Because if i get a lot of replies i will only bother with the ones with pics to save time.
