Experienced Contracts Manager required for a number of new sites in Aberdeen. The client is a leading house builder in the North East of Scotland and since there inception 20 years ago they have gone on to build a great many homes from one Bedroom flats to executive homes.  Due to a continued period of successful progression, they are now in a position to take on a high calibre professional to join their team. If you are a proactive individual who places a high importance in the quality of work that you complete and an importance of working in a reputable team then this role will provide you with those opportunities.
 
The successful individual will be an enthusiastic individual with the ability to lead by example and motivate those around them. You will have proven experience working on large projects and hold an up-to-date 5-Day CITB, a CSCS Card (Gold for Managers) reporting directly to the Construction Manager.
