Volunteer Speakers to help Nation's Heart Charity .
Could you help by telling others about the work of British Heart Foundation (BHF) Scotland, the nations heart charity, and inspiring them to get involved?
BHF Scotland is building a network of enthusiastic volunteer Speakers to play a major role in raising the profile of the charity locally to a diverse range of audiences and to inspire others to support the fight against heart disease.
We are looking for people from a variety of backgrounds, from those who are retired to those still in work, from students to busy business executives, from singles to parents to grandparents. There is no upper age limit. If you have experience of public speaking or would like to gain some, this would suit you.
All our volunteer speakers will be offered training and will receive a speakers pack including specially designed presentations materials. You will have access to fantastic resources and receive support from your own Fundraising Volunteer Manager. There is no minimum commitment but a proactive approach to the role and a desire to learn are crucial. Access to your own transport would be helpful. Expenses will be offered.
