I am urgently looking for someone to share the flat with us. I am recently located in Rosemount with my fiance'. Its a 2 bedroom flat in a quite residential area of Aberdeen with only 7 mins of walk to Union street. There is 1 bedroom to rent which will be newly decorated, for someone who is easy-going and laid-back. The rent of the room is £300,with all other expenses which includes BT landline and BT Broadband (internet).
