I've got a double room available in a two bedroom flat just off the top end of Union Street. I will be away from 17 December to 1 February, and so the room with its double bed, massive closet, chest of drawers, writing desk and bedside table will be available. The flat also has a fully furnished lounge with 2 leather loveseats, a fully kitted-out kitchen, modern bath and secure entry to the building, as well as high speed wireless internet access. The other room is inhabited by a lovely female postgrad student who is delightfully friendly and quiet.
The room is carpeted with a large double-glazed window with a view towards the City Centre, and even with its location is surprisingly quiet. Just around the corner from Union Street and the City Centre, there's a Spar basically on the corner for last-minute errands. Honestly, just give me a call and we'll chat. It's a lovely flat and a good sized room, a brilliant change of pace from Halls or usual lodging.
