Large living/bedroom area with enough space for a divider. Has new gas central heating in every room. Plenty of storage space, has a loft also. Shops very nearby and bus routes right outside. In exchange i'm looking for a 1 or 2 bedroomed flat preferrably in central Abdn also but open to the idea of other areas.
