This is a fully furnished double-room two bedroom flat, 8 minute walk to Aberdeen Uni. and about 15 minute walk RGU. Close to Morrison store and the city centre. I am looking for 2 or 3 friends to share this flat with me so we could reduce cost. We share rent/utility bills equally depending on the number of people available.

I am a friendly and easy-going person. Would prefer tidy and decent folks, guys or ladies are welcome. Race is not a problem because I am not a racist. Smokers and Non-smokers are acceptable but NO PETS please.
