There is a big enclosed garden, with small play park just outside. Landing is very clean and quiet, all neighbours are friendly. I live on the 2nd floor (top)
Close to lots of shops like tesco, lidle, halfords, dominos pizza ect.
There is also private nursery 2mins up the road, also school nursery and 2 primary schools

Flat is quite large.
Livingroom. Is big and painted natural colours with dark wooden flooring.
Kitchen is ok size with lots of storage space, also wallpaperd.
Bathroom is ok size also half tiled and painted red and black.
( councill will be puting new kitchen&bathroom next year)
Hallway is long and also painted natural colour with flooring.
Bedroom1 is ok size & painted pink & purple with winnie the pooh stickers.
Bedroom2 is big & painted gold & dark brown with designer border.

My flat is aberdeen city council, rent is £62 per week,
I would like to exchange for a 2bedroom'd flat or house out with aberdeen, but would consider some area's in aberdeen.
