• Not up there own ass with big ideas above themselves, with a "won't cook pub food attitude"
• Is fed up with the re-gen ovens and the microwave cooking every other place uses
• Wants to work in a place that cooks fresh to order
• Wants to win awards and has the ambition to push the team that you build yourself...
• Is committed to making it work regardless of the stops that need to be pulled out
• Knows that in the beginning it is going to be hard work with long term dividends
• Great standards
• Ability to work with fresh produce
• Works well under pressure
• Is committed to ensuring that the food is of the best quality and go's out the same every time
• Great eye for quality and control

There is no doubt that we have seen a loss in the passion in the hospitality industry and that there is a great deal of microwave and grill chefs out there, however we are wanting someone who is different. Someone who has a bit of flare, passion and care for the food they are preparing each day.

We serve a perfect pub grub and real restaurant food.

Don't think we are some 4 or 5 str hotel we are a restaurant & bar with a large function room and conference centre. in Aberdeen within the Bridge of Don area.
