Hi I am a female in my mid forties, I have high cholesterol and need to take much more excercise . . . I am looking for a buddy to go to keep fit with - that might be the curves gym or similar and also swimming - walking etc. I want to keep it interesting and enjoyable and would like a keep fit buddy so that we can motivate each other . . . most likely to be weekday daytime sessions.
