As manager of a popular and busy City Centre bar it pains me how many aluminium cans that we put out with the normal rubbish bins each week - it must be around two - three bulging black bin liners worth.
There used to be a charity from Ellon that collected every week but didn't have enough support.
Surely there must be someone or some charity out there who will be able to use these cans as I know there are several other bars in Aberdeen who would be willing to support a good cause by recycling their waste cans.
C'mon folks ,I've been reliably told that these cans are worth at least 1p each
