Its in a nice quiet area couple of mins from duthie park and about 10 min walk to union street.

Will be sharing with 3 other males all chilled out easy to get along with. 2 of us are students and 1 profesional. Ages 31, 28 and 22.

I Like to keep the place clean + tidy, so no slobs apply! Cleaning is done by rota.

Rent is £250. bills such as gas, electricity, sky are split 4 ways.
council tax will depend on working status and shared with the other profesional in house, depending if you are a student or not.

It is a good size of house, fully furnished with 4 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, wahing area, 2 toilets, garage, garden, we even have a bar area with cinema screen! There is also internet access.
