We are currently recruiting on behalf of our established Oil and Gas Service Company client for a HR Specialist within Compensation and Benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global Oilfield Service Company. You will have held a position within Compensation and Benefits for a least 4 years and have extensive knowledge within your field together with a finance background.

Experience within the Oil and Gas Industry is not essential.
