I am a 25 year old "professional" female that has a spare double room that is available for rent as of 1st Nov 2009 (flexible date)
Its in a new built, spacious flat and very close to Union street so is excellent for walking everywhere and transport links.
I'm looking for a female professional flatmate (NO STUDENTS PLEASE)
The flat features the following:
-Rent is £400pcm and council tax is roughly £81 each a month. (Tax Band D)
- Room on offer is double room with a double bed, mirrored double wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers and carpet. Duvet and pillows are also provided if you wish to use them.

-1st floor flat above a car park
-Flat is within a small block of around 9 flats
-Car parking space comes with flat
-Bathroom is spacious with a shower over the bath
-Living room/kitchen is open plan with gas cooking hob
