Our purpose is to help our customers make the most of their technology through simple, impartial advice, technical recommendations and support. By doing this for every customer, improve our service levels and continue to build the reputation of the Company. You will provide IT/Technical Support both within our Carphone Warehouse Store and in the Home.

Our Double Agents know technology inside and out – literally. They help people embrace technology at Carphone Warehouse stores whilst also assisting customers in their own homes with their troublesome technology issues. While in the store, they provide computer-related repairs, upgrades and installations. They also help customers make technology decisions and sell on-site services. While in the field they do everything possible to resolve issues in customers' homes and businesses.


Requirements

Customer Service remains key in this technology based role; however it is essential you have knowledge surrounding basic Wi-Fi setup, Network security and Windows OS troubleshooting. MS A+ Certification, MCSE Certification and MAC OS troubleshooting would be advantageous, along with any other IT Qualifications


Responsibilities

It is essential that you can keep up to date with all new home technology products enabling you to assess, analyse and diagnose the issue. This knowledge and service should enable you to evolve your customers into lifetime clients. As you will be ultimately managing your own small business you must have the ability to manage your time including reviewing schedules considering logistical issues, pro-actively and securely manage your required stock, complete accurate payment transactions when required and record complete but concise client info via service call documentation

You must be willing and able to travel to different locations within your region and hold a full UK driving license
