Hello, I am looking for a young student/professional to share my two bedroom flat in the city centre. The room is a good size and can come with or without a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also plently storage in the flat. The flat is fully furnished and there is a balcony for any smokers. The bills are quarterly and to be split.

I am looking for someone who is good fun to be around, laid back and tidy.

Please don't be put off by the lack of pictures of my flat, I'm just not very technicaly minded.
