we are looking for someone who needs an accommodation. We are students living in a small old house and offering one large room with fireplace. The rent for the room is £320 per month plus other bills (electricity and internet). There is a garden available for barbeque, new washing machine and spacious kitchen. Bathroom is quite small with bath.
There could be two or one bed in the room. It is up to you.
