One bedroom cottage in quiet area of Kincorth shops nearby 10 minute walk from asda 5 in a car. Shops 2 minute walk down the road also post office and chemist. Bus stop right outside (17). Front garden and shared back garden for washing. Neighbours are quite as both are older people living on their own.
Would not be looking for an exchange as the area and property are excellent but we are expecting a baby and really need a bigger house nice areas considered. Would like somewhere near to a school and with shops nearby and a bus route as we do not drive, But not essential.
