As a Support Worker you will be expected to understand and attend to the needs, daily living and social activities of individuals on a one to one basis. You will work under the supervision and direction of qualified nursing staff whist participating in the care management of patients. PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WITHIN MENTAL HEALTH, LEARNING DISABILITIES OR CHALLENGING BEHAVIOUR BASED ENVIRONMENTS IS ESSENTIAL.
