I am looking for replacement to my room, since I'm moving to private accommodation. The room is in Spring Gardens, 5-10 min walk from Union Street and 20 min walk from Aberdeen University. You share toilets, showers and kitchen/lounge but have your own wash basin in the room. Both male and female students live here, all are tidy and nice. Rent is £97 per week, including internet and electricity, plus £250 deposit. The contract stretches until 25 of June 2010. If you want to move in sooner than 16/11, it can be arranged.
