Receptionist
My client based in Aberdeen are looking for a temporary receptionist for a period of 6 weeks.
You must be immediately available for work
The hours of work are 8.00-4.30 pm Monday to Friday
You must have previous Reception experience,
Duties include:
Comprehensive service to callers and visitors; providing clerical support including travel arrangements for staff. Supporting the conference centre by coordinating bookings, video conferencing, bridging, audio visual equipment, setting rooms and generally presenting a positive image as first point of contact.
· operate switchboard and deal with all incoming calls
· deal with visitor enquiries
· keep electronic notice board updated
· deal with incoming/outgoing mail including franking
· arrange courier services
· keep meetings notice board up to date
· adhere to Reception procedures and propose changes for improvement
· provide first level support for photocopiers and other office equipment
