I took on a Learn for Skill Plumbing and Heating Course last June (2008) and my intentions was to do it in my spare time.
Problem is my work commitments are severe and I cant even start it.
The course cost £4000 and I have paid half of it already at £110 per month.

Rather than loose the course as I cant do it (Just dont have the time ) I would be keen to change the name and let someone take over the payments, there is about 18 payments left.

It is for a domestic plumbing and heating course.
The payments cover the fully course even if you fail it covers a retrial until you pass.
